Context and needs
As part of efforts to strengthen the security of its officials’ residences, EITI-DRC commissioned Phoenix GDA to install a video surveillance system. Completed in 2023, the intervention delivered a system adapted to the characteristics of the relevant sites, providing continuous monitoring and improved incident prevention.
